General conditions: SEBA TERRY guarantees the originality of the products shown on this website, and condemns the sale of illegal reproductions of any type of product. All the content shown here is property of SEBA TERRY. In case you find any inconvenience with your purchase please contact support@sebaterry.com . There is the possibility of refunding the amount in case we consider it necessary.
Prices, payment methods and cancellation of service: All prices are in US Dollars (USD). All our membership options are with recurring payments through credit card. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must go to cancel membership and cancel it in advance of the next billing date, if you need support to cancel your membership contact support@sebaterry.com.
Cancellation of service / Refund: The Customer has the right to revoke the requested order within seven days of receipt of the order, upon notice to refound@sebaterry.com within that period, with a refund of the price paid for the order (T&C apply). Cancellation of the recurring subscription must be made prior to the next billing date, after which no refund requests for recurring payment will be accepted.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used Memberships. SEBA TERRY reserves the right to grant at its discretion a refund or credit applicable to purchases on the Site. The decision to refund a charge does not imply an obligation to issue an additional refund in the future. If a refund is issued by SEBA TERRY for any reason, it will be credited only to the payment method used in the original transaction. SEBA TERRY will not issue refunds in cash, check or other payment mechanism.
Very important: Terms and conditions for requesting a refund: First: for purchases due to an obvious error you have 24 hours to request a refund.

Cancelación de servicio / Reembolso: Se le confiere al Cliente el derecho a la revocación del pedido solicitado en un plazo de siete días desde la recepción del mismo, previa comunicación a refound@sebaterry.com . dentro de ese plazo, con devolución del precio que hubiera pagado por el mismo (aplican TyC). La cancelación de la suscripción recurrente debe realizarse si o si antes de la próxima fecha de facturación, luego ya no se aceptaran solicitudes de reembolso por pago recurrente.
No se expedirán reembolsos o créditos por Membrecías utilizadas parcialmente. SEBA TERRY se reserva el derecho a conceder a su discreción un reembolso o un crédito aplicable a compras en el Sitio. La decisión de reembolsar un cobro no implica la obligación a expedir un reembolso adicional en el futuro. Si se expide un reembolso por SEBA TERRY por cualquier razón, éste será acreditado sólo al método de pago utilizado en la transacción original. SEBA TERRY no expedirá reembolsos en dinero en efectivo, cheque u otro mecanismo de pago.
Muy importante: Términos y condiciones para la solicitud de reembolso: Primero: para compras por error evidente tiene un plazo de 24 horas para solicitar el reembolso.
